Are you a sales rep working for a larger company?

No. I am an individual person running a small business, I hand make all of the wax melts and candles that I sell. 

What are wax melts?

Wax melts are basically scented wax candles without a wick and all you do is melt them in a wax burner. The melts are heated by the tea light and fill the room (or whole house) with beautiful scents.

What will the pack of melts look like?

Depending on which scent you purchase, our melts are packaged in packs of 2, 3 and 4 melts and some of our gift sets contain our wax pots. Here are a few pictures..

 

 

Can I use an oil burner for your wax melts?

You should NEVER use an oil burner for wax melts, they are a lot smaller than wax burners and may cause a fire if used with wax.

How many tea lights can I put in my burner?

You should only ever use one small tea light with your wax burner. Using more than one tea light can cause fire.

How much is postage?

UK postage prices depend on the weight of your item and varies from £1.20 - £5.99. Prices for candles and burner will start at £3 as they are larger.

How long after I order will you post it?

I always try to post orders the next day, however orders made Friday - Sunday may not be posted until Monday. During busy periods please allow 2-3 days for your order to get to you.

What will my order come packed in?

Most of our products are in cellophane bags, Cellophane is derived from natural sources such as wood. Unlike plastic, cellophane can't be recycled, but it is biodegradable. We try not to use too much plastic and are slowly making the change to biodegradable resources when packaging orders. So please bare with us.
