Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a sales rep working for a larger company?
No. I am an individual person running a small business, all of the candles and wax melts sold are handmade by myself.
What products do you sell?
Handmade candles and wax melts as well as wax burners, candle accessories, candle holders, gemstones and crystals, soaps, and bath salts.
What are wax melts?
Wax melts are basically scented wax candles without a wick and all you do is melt them in a wax burner. The melts are heated by the tea light and fill the room (or whole house) with beautiful scents. Wax melts scents are much stronger than candles.
What will the pack of melts look like?
Depending on which scent you purchase, our melts are packaged in packs of 3 or 4 melts depending on the shape of the melts. There is only a slight difference in weight between the packs of 3 and 4. The number of melts in each pack will be mentioned on the product information. Below are a few images of what our packs of wax melts look like.
Can I use an oil burner for your wax melts?
You should NEVER use an oil burner for wax melts, they are a lot smaller than wax burners and may cause a fire if used with wax. For more information on do's and don't's when using candles and wax melts, please see the safety page.
How many tea lights can I put in my burner?
You should only ever use one small tea light with your wax burner. Using more than one tea light can cause fire. For more information on safety when using candles and wax melts, please see the safety page.
How much is postage?
UK postage prices depend on the weight of your item. You will have the option of having your order posted via Royal Mail or Hermes. For more information on delivery please see our delivery policy.
How long after I order will you it be posted?
We always try to post orders the next day, however orders made Friday - Sunday will not be posted until Monday. During busy periods please allow an extra 2-3 days for your order to get to you. During the COVID-19 pandemic please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive as postal companies are currently overwhelmed with deliveries.
