If you have a problem with your order, or have simply just changed your mind, you can return the good if they packaging is unopened or the product unused. Due to the nature of our products if the packaging has been opened.

Please include details of your order number, reason for return, and if you would like a refund or replacement. Please include details of the issue with the product and we will let you know if your return has been accepted and send you instructions on how to return the product. Once the product has been returned to us, we will issue a refund for the goods but are unable to issue a refund for the postage price.
In the event you are unhappy with the product, or you have simply changed your mind, you may return new and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only. Please return products with appropriate packaging. We advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray.
Faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods will be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear.
